How we work
A structured route from first message to a real discussion
Each opportunity is reviewed individually. The sequence below describes the normal path; steps are adjusted to the material, jurisdiction and parties involved.
01
Qualification
The requirement or capability is reviewed for plausibility, scope and commercial seriousness.
02
Specification alignment
Grade, form, tolerances and preparation are described in terms both sides can evaluate.
03
Document collection
Company identity, origin evidence, analysis and photographs are requested where relevant.
04
Counterparty research
Suitable buying or supply channels are identified and approached selectively.
05
Offer preparation
Available commercial and technical information is organised into a comparable form.
06
Introduction
Where there is fit, the relevant parties are introduced with the scope of our role stated.
07
Negotiation support
Communication, clarifications and term alignment are coordinated between the parties.
08
Contracting by the parties
Contracts are concluded directly between the contracting buyer and seller.
09
Third-party inspection
Where required, independent inspection is arranged by the parties with qualified providers.
10
Shipment-document coordination
Document flow and shipment communication are coordinated as agreed.
