Official communication
Official communication comes only from the published business domain and the contact details shown in the Legal Notice. Messages from free email services, look-alike domains or unverified messaging accounts should be treated as suspicious.
Bank details
No change of bank details should ever be accepted on the basis of an email, message or document alone. Always verify payment details independently, by telephone or another previously established channel, before transferring funds.
No investment solicitation
Materials Krumov does not solicit investments, public deposits, advance fees or registration payments from buyers, suppliers or visitors.
Availability and terms
Product availability, specifications, prices and transaction terms are valid only when confirmed in writing for the specific transaction by the relevant contracting parties.
Reporting
Impersonation, suspicious communication or misuse of the Materials Krumov name should be reported to us using the published contact channel, with the original message and full sender details where possible.
