Momchil Krumov leads each opportunity personally from Bulgaria. His work focuses on procurement-facing communication, supplier outreach, international market development and the commercial coordination needed to turn initial interest into a structured discussion. The approach is practical: establish specification fit, request the appropriate documents, align realistic terms and keep communication clear.
